To what extent is WorkAble of interest to young people? 


  • WorkAble takes into account the young person’s own perspectives and his or her own choice of pathways.
  • WorkAble will provide knowledge about strategies to increase the capabilities of young people. This will enable them to make use of the employment opportunities and to become capable and flexible workers as well as citizens within European societies and economies.
  • WorkAble’s research highlights the voices of young people and their objective chances to lead the life they have reason to value and thus provides better opportunities for young people to play an active part in the dialogue with relevant stakeholders.
